How to Extract Graphs/Charts

  1. Open link to report.
  2. Save report to your computer.
  3. Open your saved document.
  4. Go to Tools then to Select & Zoom.
  5. Scroll down and click on Snapshot Tool.
  6. Draw a box with your cursor around the graphic element you wish to extract.
  7. In most cases it will automatically make a copy once you have created the box (it will alert you of this) but if not, right click and hit Copy Selected Graphic.
  8. Paste the copied graphic into a word or power point document by right clicking and hitting the Paste option or by clicking on the Edit menu and scrolling down to Paste.
