How to Extract Graphs/Charts
- Open link to report.
- Save report to your computer.
- Open your saved document.
- Go to Tools then to Select & Zoom.
- Scroll down and click on Snapshot Tool.
- Draw a box with your cursor around the graphic element you wish to extract.
- In most cases it will automatically make a copy once you have created the box (it will alert you of this) but if not, right click and hit Copy Selected Graphic.
- Paste the copied graphic into a word or power point document by right clicking and hitting the Paste option or by clicking on the Edit menu and scrolling down to Paste.
