• July is traditionally one of the warmest months of the year in Nashville. Expect average high temperatures in the 80’s and the high 60’s for the evening lows. Pack for warm weather but remember that the hotel and convention center will be air conditioned. It is suggested that you dress in layers so you can adjust your clothing for comfort. Everyone’s personal thermostat is different.

  • Gray Line Airport Express
    Rates: $12 One Way or $20 Roundtrip The Gray Line Airport Express services the Renaissance Nashville Hotel from the Nashville International Airport. Service begins at 5:00 am and runs until 11:00 pm. Shuttles depart every 15-20 minutes from the airport and every 30-35 minutes from the hotel. Reservations are not required for the service from the Airport. For further information, call (615) 275-1180 or email reservations@graylinenashville.com. Airport pick up for the Airport Express is at the Gray Line desk on the Ground Transport Level, which is one level below Baggage Claim at the Nashville airport. The Gray Line desk is located next to the rental car agency desks.

    From the airport, the meter starts at $4.50 and the rate is $2.00 per mile. There is a flat rate of $22.00 to the downtown area.
